A deposit limit works on a fixed period, see below for an explanation.
Our limits work on a net deposit basis, this means that we take your total deposited amount and minus any withdrawals to work out your current allowance.
See below for an example:
- Monthly limit - £350
- Deposited amount - £200
- Withdrawn - £50
To work out your net position you would then take your £200 (Deposits) - £50 (Withdrawn), this would give you a net position of £150.
In the example above your monthly limit is £350 and then you minus your net position of £150 to get a remaining limit of £200.
Deposit limits will reset at the following intervals:
- Monthly - First to the last day of the month
- Weekly - Monday to Sunday
- Daily - 00:00 to 23:59
