Setting a Reality Check

1. Once logged in select the three lines in the top left corner.

2. Click on the 'Safer Gambling' button at the bottom right.

3. Click on the 'Time Controls' button followed by 'Set a Reminder'.

4. Choose the amount of time you would like to have before a reminder and then press the 'Confirm' button followed by the 'Yes' button.
