If you're looking to close your account, you can do this by following the steps below. Closing your account is not a Self-exclusion and should not be used as one. Should you wish for your account to be active again, you need only contact our Customer Support Team.
How to Close Your Account
1. Once logged in select the three lines in the top left corner.
2. Click on the 'Safer Gambling' button at the bottom right.
3. Click on the 'Account Closure' button.
5. Select from the drop down menu select the reason for your account closure and then press the 'Confirm' button followed by 'Yes' to confirm you are sure you want to close your account.
Upon confirmation you will be immediately logged out of the app and you will no longer be able to login to your account anymore. Any remaining balance on your account above the minimum withdrawal amount of £3 will be automatically returned to your payment method when your account is closed.
How to Re-Open Your Account
To re-open your account you will need to contact customer support, your account will be reviewed including the reason for closure and a decision will be made within 72 hours.
