Self Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a voluntary program that allows you to ban yourself from gambling for a set period of time between 6 months to 5 years. You can self-exclude from all online gambling in the UK by registering with GAMSTOP.

To self exclude yourself please follow the steps below.

1. Once logged in select the three lines in the top right corner.

2. Click on the 'Safer Gambling' button.

3. Click on the 'Self-Exclusion' to see more information on self exclusion .

4. Read the information provided to consider joining the national self exclusion scheme Gamstop. If you would like to exclude from Playbingoplus only select 'find out more...'

5. Please review the self exclusion help and guidance provided and when ready select from the drop down menu the timescale you'd like to self-exclude for and then press the 'Self-Exclude' button followed by 'Yes' to confirm.

Once you have self-excluded, It’s important to note that self-exclusion is irreversible. That means you won’t be able to change your mind once it’s activated.

Re-Activation After Exclusion

At the end of your chosen self-exclusion period, you won't be automatically re-activated. If you're ready to resume gambling responsibly, contact our customer support team. They'll guide you through the re-activation process, ensuring you're making a well-informed decision.
You will need to contact the Customer Support team from your registered email or live chat. 

If you self-excluded using the GAMSTOP service, you’ll need to contact GAMSTOP directly to return to gambling.
