Setting a Time Out

A time out allows you to lock yourself out of our gaming services for a time you decide, from 1 day to 6 weeks.

To set a time out please follow the steps below.

1. Once logged in select the 'Profile Icon' at the top right corner.

2. Click on the 'Safer Gambling' button at the bottom right.

3. Click on the 'Time Controls' button.

4. Click on the 'Set A Timeout' button to show options.

5. Select from the drop down menus the timescale you'd like to have a time out for and then press the 'Confirm' button.

During your timeout you will not be allowed to login to the playbingoplus site, once your timeout finishes you will be allowed to log back in to your account.
